Martori Farms grows acres and acres of fresh, delicious Cantaloupes. On the outside, Martori Farms’ Cantaloupes have a distinctive, thick netting with a warm straw-colored skin. The bright orange fruit is sweet and used in everything from chilled soups and cocktails, to smoothies, salads and desserts.
Watermelon, a tantalizing favorite, can come in a few different sizes at Martori Farms. They have the same green exterior and bright reddish pink fruit inside that makes watermelons synonymous with summertime nationwide.
Traditional and Golden Honeydew Melons are another popular melon variety and Martori Farms is one of only two growers who produce them. Honeydew Melons add freshness and sweetness to savory dishes. Honeydew are also a low-sodium and potassium-rich fruit and contain several nutrients that are vital for maintaining strong bones.
Martori Farms’ popular Kandy “Lemon Drop” Melon is truly one-of-a-kind. Exclusively released by Martori Farms in 2013 with sole production rights, the Lemon Drop Melon is a Galia-type melon with a golden and lightly netted rind that when opened, shares the pale green fruit known for its signature lemon tartness with subtle flavors similar to honeydew. This famous melon is a good source of Vitamin C and B6 as well as potassium and fiber.
